I know have asked this before but I have 2 installation of OTRS on the same server, just one is activated…

I have my version 2.0.4 provided by Debian 4.0

I would like to get the latest working from scratch, my only concern is if I use 2.2.4, do I need to anything to the database?  I also don’t know where the apache Directory tags are listed.  I tried migrating from one server to another without taking down the first, but that didn’t work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
