A session is bound to the machine it was issued to. Therefore you get the above error when trying to use a session from another computer - it's normal.

Hi, I do not use the same session! I only login with the same Customer-Data (Username, Password) on different Machines. Login is successful on both machines. But when I want to submit a new ticket, on one machine I get the "Invalid SessionID"-Error. Thanks Tobias
