this is not a otrs error, it is a reply from your smtp server. Probably it has implemented a antispam rules so it is not able to relay.<div><br></div><div>Work on this or ask at your postmaster to debug the reasons (localhost address in from or root@localhost as sender or ip not allowed or else)</div>
