[otrs] Help Needed for Custom Email Tag in Signatures...

Hello, I would like to create a custom signature that holds, besides the Name and Surname of the Operator, which are defined by and even a tag that fetches the Operator's Email address automatically, something like or something like that... is it possible? Many thanks
