[otrs] "No body found"

Hi all, Does anyone have a procmail recipe or configuration change within OTRS to eliminate the "no body found!" e-mails entirely. Nothing is more annoying than getting an e-mail notification that there's a new ticket with no body. Frankly if it doesn't have a body, I don't want to see it. ;) Suggestions appreciated! Thanks! Paul
