Hello, As we have many email accounts coming into OTRS and we have to reply with the same to address for every email account. I have edited AgentTicketCompose to replace the from address with the original to address. Now I have a problem when a ticket arrives with the mail address in CC, the from address is not correct. How do I always replace the right address?
