Two syntax tested for Properties: Ticket => { Type => [my type], }, or Type => { Name => [my type], }, The same thing work to limit Services for a selected Queue.
this has been discussed a lot and therefor I am sure this will be implemented in a further (soon) version but I am afraid I have to tell you this is not possible in the current latest version.
