Hello everybody:

I admin a Google Groups' support mailing list and started handling the messages through OTRS but the changes to the message's headers made by OTRS make Google Groups not to thread the questions and answers, but to post them separately.

Is it possible to handle mailing list posts with OTRS in a seamlessly way?
Please let me know if I have some options to achieve this functionality.
