Maybe somebody else get that error and if is better not to include CGI.pm on the package and use from system. But at least the otrs copy of CGI.pm must be upgrade.
Thanks for providing help with this. Could you give some kind a versioning information for CGI.pm you use now, as well as some information about your perl environment?
