Thanks for replying...And yes, we are using Red Hat Enterprise Linux4. The thing is that i have deployed the same version of otrs with same configuration on three different boxes..local, QA and DEV with no problems. Lately we deployed it on Prod server, again with same configuration. This was working on Prod perfectly until ,...three different Mail servers were configured, 6 emails were configures spanning these three mail servers; after which it ran into problems giving below error message whenever i perform any operation on ticket. Also we are using Apache with mod_perl configured. And i have not performed any PERL or OTRS updates prior to this problem occuring..only configured mail servers.
I tried to re-create the error in QA but to no avail.
What do u think is the problem...is it OTRS, PERL or Mail related config.
For ur reference: This error i receive on frontend while performing ticket operation(Create ticket, owner change, move queues). Only those operations involving email notification:

=> "Authen::SASL::Perl::GSSAPI" at /home/oss/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib/
=> Authen/SASL/Perl.pm line 32.
Whereas i get this error when i run PostMasterPOP3.pl manually.

I m using otrs 2.1.4 installed on linux Enterprise v4.
You are aware that OTRS 2.1.4 was released about a year ago? There have been several updates in the meantime. And what do you mean by 'linux Enterprise v4' exactly? I'm guessing Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or CentOS 4?
This was working fine for past 3 months. Lately i m receiving the following error msg:

This error i can see whenever i perform operations like move queues, change owner or create ticket..Also when i run script PostMasterPOP3.pl to create tickets from mails
For your information i recently configured 3 mail servers in OTRS. I think this might be the problem..though im not very sure. Can u guys please tell me what might be the problem. This is critical problem that cropped in live environment. Not sure whether otrs or perl has cracked under pressure..Need you pointers.
Have you installed any updates before this problem appeared? If you run OTRS under mod_perl and upgrade Perl for instance you need to restart your webserver or mysterious issues errors will crop up.
