Error after changing the package code

Hello good day my question is this, if I make changes to a package such as FAQ, otrs instantly says the package is improperly installed and recommend reinstalled , just as the automatic support, that I can make my changes may not be taken as error?

You can check the package within go to Admin / go to pakage manager / column name you select the package you want to check / show you a list of files and status. I hope to help you with your inquiry. Hi José,
Depending on the changes you made, you can probably put them in
/opt/otrs/Custom in order to have them separated from the FAQ
directory.
And.... if the modifications are share-able, we'd surely appreciate a
code donation via http://bugs.otrs.org so we can use your
modifications to make FAQ better for everybody.
