How can we set default search template for all agents?
Hi all, Can we set default search template for all agents? Most of agents need search template likes "my open tickets", "my tickets closed recently" etc. Can we set some default search templates for all agents and don't allow agents to modify those default templates? simple question, simple answer: no What you could do is to extract a copy of en existing search template from the database and insert this details for each agent again. But this does not consider the permissions then and it is not undeleteable.
