Customer Panel : Internal Server Error 500

Hi,
I am getting this error, when log-on to customer portal
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of
the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have
caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Is it possible for enabling CC'ing when a customer creates a ticket? Sometimes folks are making a ticket and they want other people to know that.

You have to go back into any configuration changes you've done
recently, it migth be as simple as a quote, coma or anything you have
missed.

Yup, but I'd try restarting httpd as well, if possible.
