How to remove field and set its default?

The default language is the langauge of the current agent. Sorry, there is currently no "click" way to change the language of all article by on click. You just can do it by click on each article or be using SQL (ftp://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/misc/otrs-1.2-database.png).
