RE: [otrs] agents not receiving any new ticket notifications

I think I found the problem. For some reason, nothing goes into "my queues"....(see attached) Even though I can see the ticket within a subqueues of this, the my queues count is at 0 even if I drop a ticket into a queue that is listed under my queues. Marc, we are not receiving any agent notifications at all. We have group support enabled, and the CustomerGroupAlwaysGroups are customers, users, and info. All users belong to the users group. When they create a ticket via the web interface, all the queues that they have available to send to are also members of the users group. When they send an email, it goes to the raw queue which is a member of the admin group. Even if I move a ticket to another agent's queue, we still do not receive a notification. Only customers are receiving their notifications. This is similar to Marc's reported bug, but still slightly different. -Isaac Isaac Gonzalez Systems Administrator AutoReturn Phone: (415)575-2359 Fax: (415)575-2379 -----Original Message----- From: otrs-bounces@otrs.org [mailto:otrs-bounces@otrs.org] On Behalf Of Jerome Alet Sent: Tuesday, April 04, 2006 11:50 AM To: User questions and discussions about OTRS.org Subject: Re: [otrs] agents not receiving any new ticket notifications On Tue, Apr 04, 2006 at 11:44:25AM -0700, Isaac Gonzalez wrote:
how would one check to see if this is already configured?
Here are some lines from /etc/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm --- CUT --- $Self->{'SendmailModule'} = 'Kernel::System::Email::SMTP'; $Self->{'SendmailModule::Host'} = 'localhost'; $Self->{'SendmailModule::Port'} = '25'; --- CUT --- Replace 'localhost' with the hostname of your SMTP server. hoping this helps Jerome Alet _______________________________________________ OTRS mailing list: otrs - Webpage: http://otrs.org/ Archive: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs To unsubscribe: http://lists.otrs.org/cgi-bin/listinfo/otrs Support oder Consulting für Ihr OTRS System? => http://www.otrs.de/ _______________________________________________ OTRS mailing list: otrs - Webpage: http://otrs.org/ Archive: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs To unsubscribe: http://lists.otrs.org/cgi-bin/listinfo/otrs Support oder Consulting für Ihr OTRS System? =http://www.otrs.de/

Please open a bug report on this issue on http://bugs.otrs.org and add as many infos as possible. I try to reproduce the problem as fast as possible, but without the report I'll forget it for sure :(. So adding bugs into our bugzilla is the best way to report problems, even if we can respond lately.
