Hi Guys, Fortunately, I managed to understand what is the problem: that bug appear when the state’s items were changed from the main panel and not from the configuration file: http://doc.otrs.org/2.3/en/html/c1801.html It is not so straightforward because the system allows you to edit directly from the panel... Hi, I'm a new user of OTRS (windows version) and I write from Italy. I have a problem with sending the tickets by customers. When a client sends the alert, the system display the following error message:
