Hello all, How I can change size of "comment" (up to 4 kb) data filed for clients ? -- ---______________________________________________--- С уважением, Евгений With deference, Evgeniy

Hello all, otrs 2.0.4 When I open phone or email ticket, I can set priority of it and next state of ticket. But if I wrote part of client's name and find client, after it I can't set priority of ticket - I test it with firefox 1.0.7 and Opera 8.51. perl 5.8.5 (CentOS, RHEL4) . Bug in this script ? -- ---______________________________________________--- С уважением, Евгений With deference, Evgeniy

Hi, I have the same behaviour, but I don't think it's a bug: You can change priority and status after having selected a queue. The reason for that behaviour could be that the possible selection of state and priority can be restricted through queue-depending ACLs. Bye, Alex Thomas Wouters schrieb:

I think, this is bug - I can change priority before find a client, but don't change after finding.
