Perhaps Ticket::Frontend::ComposeReplaceSenderAddress ?

This just refers to the To: address but not the CC: But that way, I found it in Kernel\Modules\AgentTicketCompose.pm. There is no option to disable this feature =( Anyway, I can just edit the code. Thanks for your help, Alexander. Lars
