how to customise the customer interface?
I found nothing in SysConfig? I basically want to add our company logo ... and change the green background in the header and footer to another color By the way, I tried running the windows/explorer search to find any file with the string COMPANY NAME The search returned the framework.xml file, which from checking it, i guess it's not it!

This has been answered a lot of times. See chapter 14 'Creating own themes' in the docs: http://doc.otrs.org/2.2/en/html/c1784.html Edit css.dtl in your new theme for the colors and edit CustomerHeader.dtl to put your logo in the header (or edit CustomerFooter.dtl in you want it in the footer, etc.). Hi Ali, unfortunately you'll have to edit the .dtl files. CustomerFooter.dtl CustomerFooterSmall.dtl CustomerHeader.dtl CustomerHeaderSmall.dtl CustomerLogin.dtl and so on.... Those files are located in $PREFIX/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard or whatever the directory name is if you use a theme of your own. Nicole

But be careful. Do not edit the standard themes. Otherwise OTRS is not updatable. -> Better create an own theme. Make a copy of the standard, change whatever you need and select it in the config.
