Hi Erik, yes, you can backup the database + configuration settings from the Linux machines and load that on a Windows machine. Of course, minor adjustments to the configuration file (paths!) will be needed, but the database dump is fully usable on a Windows MySQL database as well. We are still not able to get our OTRS up and running again. We had version 2.4.7 working but after an upgrade to 3.0.2 nothing is working again. I am trying multiple things to get it running again, but I am almost out of options now. One thing I still want to try is install 3.0.2 with a clean install on a clean system (Ubuntu, OpenSuSe, etc) and after that import the backup of the 2.4.7. Is that somehow possible?
