I upgraded to RedHat 9 and Apache 2. I could not get mod_perl to function right (with otrs). I decided to just try to get it working in cgi first. I get this error (with customer.pl and index.pl): Died at /var/www/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/System/Log.pm line 60. I decided to issue this: ipcs -m ------ Shared Memory Segments -------- key shmid owner perms bytes nattch status 0x02a622c6 0 apache 777 4096 0 and then ipcrm -M 0x02a622c6 I restarted httpd and it worked.
