I got OTRS 2.3.2 up and running under SuSE 10.3, I have heard SuSE mentioned so many times on this list over the years I thought I should give it a go. I installed the FAQ package via the Package Manager, however after assigning my user to the faq and faq_admin groups no FAQ icon appeared at the top of the page.
