You may have received an e-mail with the title 'OSA-2016-01 Information Disclosure Vulnerability / Information bezüglicher einer Schwachstelle'. The FAQ-5.0.4.opm that is attached, is corrupt. The HTML tags inside have been escaped. If you install it, it will fail. Reinstall fails as well because the package is already installed.
