Hi, Yes, I investigated some work into the translation of otrs as I were in need of a good helpdesk system and found resonably to do so. If there is any interest for the language package, one can download it at http://uu.pmihiv.hu/~teflon/otrs/hu.pm.gz. It uses UTF-8 coding but I have not had any trouble with it. Yours, tef
