When creating a ticket with no service selected get Need TicketID error
Hello, when I create a ticket without selecting a service I get this error: Need TicketID! how may I change it? to service not be mandatory? Thanks

Hi,
The service is NOT a mandatory field in OTRS.
I have the feeling you're using maybe an out-of-date theme that might
be causing this issue.
