Hi Bastien, Actually, the problem is that because of safety reasons web browsers don't have access to binary data on the clipboard of the user. There IS a possible workaround, and that is to use a Java applet in the users browser. This will probably not be acceptable for the 'Customer' login, but can be really helpful for OTRS 'Power Users' such as your helpdesk analysts. If there is someone willing to sponsor development, please contact me.
