close/remove MANY of tickets after joe-job

Hello, last week we got joe-jobbed and now we have some hundreds of "mail is not deliverable" tickets sittting in (mostly Raw) queue. Is there a possibility to close or remove them all? While they can't be identified by one rule (maybe a few rules), can I search through open tickets, select and close them all? I also can find all the notifications that created those tickets, can some process could match the mail with created tickets and close them automatically? We are running ITSM 1.2.3 (otrs 2.3.4). -- Matus UHLAR - fantomas, uhlar@fantomas.sk ; http://www.fantomas.sk/ Warning: I wish NOT to receive e-mail advertising to this address. Good Morning, I'm not firm in ITSM, but have you though about using the search funktion and then making a bulk aktion. You've got a "select all viewed" button on the left bottom of the search result. Greetings Oliver

I don't see that button. Do I need to upgrade OTRS, install new module, or just search in some specific way in order to see it? -- Matus UHLAR - fantomas, uhlar@fantomas.sk ; http://www.fantomas.sk/ Warning: I wish NOT to receive e-mail advertising to this address. It's the normal search. There isn't a description of the chechkbox in the GUI. It's in th first collumn and the summary row. --

Hi Matus,
You can probably best create a GenericAgent job and use that to delete
them off your system.
