AW: [otrs] Error: Need TicketID!

Hello Tilo, when you create a new Ticket for a special agent with rights only on a special queue be sure you have an email adress assigned to this queue otherwise you get the error-message below. best regards Uwe -----Ursprüngliche Nachricht----- Von: Essig. Hello List, now i have another problem, after changing some settings in the adminpanel i try to create a new ticket from customer CPanel. now this error appears: Fehler: Need TicketID! But i don´t know what the problem is! I found a message in the archive that the DB connection is not ok. But everything is working except to create a ticket.
