Upgrading form OTRS 1.2.3

I'm migrating our OTRS 1.2.3 to the new 2.0 version. Is there any How-To article on how to this upgrading without loosing all the recorded information. Thks a lot for the help Ricardo Lapidus

We use OTRS in an IT helpdesk environment at a college and our staff work for various training departments. I have enabled Customer-Groups in my OTRS 2.0.3 build and it works fine. I would like to generate a report to calculate total time spent on tickets by customer department. Has anyone done anything like this?
