Hi, Have started using OTRS in a limited sort of way as I am still truggling with some details on set-up. In the create ticket screen at the bottom there is a time units section. What does this mean? is it hours spent? regards Alan. -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by Joraph Consulting Ltd (Server #1), and is believed to be clean.

It is whatever unit you decide to use in your environment. In my company we use it for minutes spent. Nils Breunese.

I have discovered a small gotcha. We decided to use it to record by hours, and if it were less than one hour, you MUST enter the leading zero, i.e. .25 is NOT acceptable, but 0.25 is (replace "." with "," if you are in countries that use that convention.) Steve
