Hi Guys, Is there any way I can setup a customer user supervisors other customer users? This supervisor should be able to make decisions on other customer users' tickets. It is like a boss or head of department wants to manage his employees' tickets thus to control service costs. But they are not suppose to be an service agent. Thanks a lot! Jack
