Hello all, I would like to install otrs, but i think it's a automated install, isn't it? Is it possible to install it to a server where there is already some website on it? if yes how can i do it to not delete the site already installed? did apt-get install otrs reinstall apache etc or will it only install otrs in a folder? Thx

You can install OTRS manualy from sorce. Please see the docu on http://doc.otrs.org

Yes, this will work.

It should be even possible with a prebuild package. If you use debian, all OTRS files get installed into /usr/share/otrs and the config files are linked to /etc/otrs Normaly other websites are located in /var/www/ so the debian installer should not overwrite the other files. But to be 100% sure, just install manualy.
