OTRS on iPad Safari (Chrome)
Hi all. I have problem with OTRS 3.2.2 in agent interface on iPad (iPhone) with Safari (and Chrome too). When I click on empty answer, Safari (Chrome too) freeze. I don't have any idea how debuge it. Can you help me? Thanks in advance Jan

Why don't you use the OTRS iPhone application?
The iPhone App works with the iPhone Handler on the server side. With this installed, you can also use the Android OTRS App. It was very easy to set up, following the instructions, and it's a very convenient way to access and work with tickets from your mobile device. -alf delgado
