Hello, is there any way to discard e-mails based on some filtering rules ? My goal is to not open new tickes when an e-mail is coming from MAILER-DAEMON or contains "failure notice" or "SPAM" in the subject. I only want to discard these kind of emails. Thanks A.

Just do it - with Postmaster Filter. Set X-OTRS-Ignore Yes for mails you want to discard.

I had previously set X-OTRS-Ignore to 1 and was not working. Now I changed 1 to Yes, let's see... BTW, how are the five headers filters applied ? I need to check on multiple field (i.e. Subject contains SPAM or From: is equal to MAILER-DAEMON@*) but I had to create a filter for each condition because it's not working when I set more conditions on the same filter.
