Thanks Nils, I expected, after much thought, reached the same conclusion, I had no option to manually delete the database. Delete the whole database? That's a bit crude.
Please note that the API of OTRS would support deletion of
attachments, and deleting or updating articles in general; only we
don't expose this functionality to the web client. It would be
possible to add it to the client, if desired we could implement it for
you, if you want.
