IMHO you shoud do the following: 1. remove all references to OTRS from the web server configuration. (then restart the web server if needed) 2. remove the OTRS database from RDBMS and remove the owner of that DB if you had one made during installation. 3. remove the $OTRS_HOME directory. 4. remove the user and group that was created for otrs. 5. remove anything otrs- mail related from your MTA That shoud do it.
