
Couple of questions as well: 1) If I generate or create a ticket via 'PhoneView', it correctly assigns me ownership of the ticket, but does not lock it. Is there any way I can default the 'PhoneView' ticket generation behavior to auto-lock? 2) What does the 'Select Box' section do? 3) Do we have the ability to remove unnecessary Charsets from the system? I added a new config option "PhoneDefaultNewLock" for this (CVS 1.1 tree).

You can do SQL selects on the otrs database.
3) Do we have the ability to remove unnecessary Charsets from the system?
Set the Charsets to invalid. -=> I would leave the Charsets valid because it's not bad to have the Charsets.
