Hi, I did a patch for OTRS 2.3.x to add support of SSO based on Basic Auth header. http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/howto/auth.html To enable the patch, you'll need to add this line in your Config.pm file to enable it: $Self->{'AuthSSO'} = 'AuthTypeBasic'; IMO, the patch is unlikley to by accepted by the project team but I think it may interest some users.
