Ticket solution time in reports

Hey community, I want to include the solution time per ticket in the report but I don't know how to do this/if it's possible. If I use the existing reports I only get a date in the solution time field. Office hours should be integrated in the solution time. Johannes

Ok, I found out how to include office hours in the solution time report. You have to have enter SLA times for the queue you want to analyse.

SLA is "Service Level Agreement".
