I switched to the Lite theme, but the graphics that are supposed to appear are not appearing. Where can I download the Lite graphics so can I "reinstall" them? I figured I could copy the Standard graphics into a Lite directory, but maybe the Lite graphics are different? In fact, the Lite graphics are missing on the http://demo.otrs.org system as well! Do Lite graphics actually exist? -- Wes Plate Automatic Duck, Inc. http://www.automaticduck.com

Hi Wes, I currently use OTRS 1.3.2, so I can only comment for this version. The Lite version does not contain any graphics, as it is provided for use in environments with low bandwidth availability. HTH Graeme Wes Plate wrote:

Sure, but the pages reference graphics so I figured they must be there! :-) It would use even less bandwidth if the pages didn't even have images in the code, no? :-) Thanks. -- Wes Plate Automatic Duck, Inc. http://www.automaticduck.com

Hi Wes Erm OK, you're right. The references to the images are there, I didn't realise. I have not idea why the references are there or why the images aren't used. I am now as confused as you :-) What happens if you do remove the references? Regards, Graeme Wes Plate wrote:

that looks like a little bug :-(. Would you open a bug report on http://bugs.otrs.org please? We'll try to fix this a soon as possible. I found it easier to just make a small graphic and put it online. A small happy graphic. :-) -- Wes Plate Automatic Duck, Inc. http://www.automaticduck.com
