What I'm actually looking for is the detail that goes with the options listed at the bottom of the page. For example, for customer::OwnerUpdate, these are the options: Config options (e. g. ) Ticket owner options (e. g. ) Options of the current user who requested this action (e. g. ) What are all the available tokens for ? What are all the tokens for ? I know there is USERFIRSTNAME and USERLASTNAME. Are there others?
