Changing what gets displayed in the ticket overview

OK, I have searched in all the settings but still can't find how to change the message that is displayed in the ticket overview. As it is now OTRS allways displays the last customer message, but I want it to display just the last message, no difference if it is from the customer or from the agent, is that possible ?? cheers -- Michael Bielicki
