Hi All, we had a disaster last night when the server hosting OTRS crashed and could not be recovered. We recovered OTRS from backup by rebuilding OTRS and MySQL on a new server. We use autoincrement to generate ticket ids but since the restore autoincrement has set it self back to the earliest available ticket number rather than using the last know ticket ID. For example our last ticket id was 1000961 however new tickets are being generated using ticket ids that currently do not exist because they have been Junked. Is there anyway to tell OTRS to increment from a certain number onwards ? Thanks paul......
