
Hello Could someone give me a quick overview of the time reporting module and how it works/ relates to tickets How to 'projects' 'Actions' and 'Users' relate and does this tie in with the Time Taken field at the bottom of the close ticket screen? Ideally what I want is to be able to report on the amount of time spent per customer and per ticket type by employee.
