The thing is that I have it installed from source. What about schema changes (if any), and my current settings ? Do you think that just overwriting the old files is a good idea ? Thanks
Hi,
I did rename otrs to otrs2.0.3 directory and then unpack all files
from 2.0.4 package to otrs directory. Everything works good.
