Print in 2.1.2 creates PDF?! And the grey background
My agent is going to kill me if I can't figure out a way to make printing tickets behave as it used to in 1.3. We don't want OTRS to create PDFs when we want to print a ticket. How can I get the Print button to present the printable layout in a window?
