You'll have to give them the privilege to be able to grab locked tickets (only admins can change the ticket owner by default). You could also have agents that will be off unlock their tickets before leaving or unlock their tickets as needed if you're an admin. Another option is to automatically unlock tickets after a specified time. Nils Breunese.
