Hello list - I set up an autoreponse on a queue in OTRS 2.0b2, and added the following to the text of the response: Ticket # - Ticket ID - Ticket Queue - Ticket State - However, these variables do NOT get substituted in the returning mail. Can someone please tell me why? (A bug, or, something I did incorrectly?)
