Robert already gave an answer to your question. But I'd like to add something: We are aware of RTFM and think about a similar idea but a much better approach. I don't have a release-date for this feature but it surely will come. A quick and dirty hack would be a piece of cake but of course we want to do it in the OTRS fashion and that means that things are more integrated and more modulised. That takes some time.
