Hi Marek, You can get a list of tickets with status closed by using the Search function in OTRS. * Select the icon labelled "Ticket" in the OTRS Navbar * Select the icon labelled "Search" in the OTRS Navbar * Scroll down the form the the list titled "State" * Click the name of the status you wish to see (you may select additional fields by holding the CTRL key while you click) * Scroll to the bottom of the Search form and click the button labelled "Search" * See a list of tickets matching your criteria You will find many other criteria you may use to narrow, widen, or otherwise change the list of tickets you can see.
